Bruce highway Cooroy – Curra Section B – DTMR Project Manager for delivery of development phase for contract 3 through carriageway finishing works and contract 4 including northern Traveston Road interchange and Mary Valley Link Road and new bridge crossing of the Mary River. Role included management and facilitation of an Early Tenderer Involvement (ETI process) for contract 4 involving three construction contractor proponents.

Stage 6

Detailed design, documentation and construction administration of a 57 lot subdivision. Works included road and intersection design, stormwater drainage, bio-retention basins, pavements, signage, sewerage and water reticulation, and management of landscaping and electrical/lighting design consultants.

Works included road and intersection design, stormwater drainage, bio-retention basins, pavements, signage, sewerage and water reticulation, and management of landscaping and electrical/lighting design consultants.
The Outlook Estate, Bellbird Park

This project involves a subdivision of 77 residential lots. Works include the design, tender documentation and construction administration including earthworks, 1.2km of road, two at grade intersections, stormwater, water drainage, stormwater, water drainage, sewer reticulation and rock boulder retaining walls
Shoal Point Master Planned Development

The development comprises of five stages and includes the following engineering elements: earthworks, road and pavement design, intersection design, stormwater drainage, water quality devices (bio-retention basins and gross pollutant traps), sewerage reticulation, sewer pump stations and rising mains, water reticulation, footpaths and driveways.

Options evaluation (including low level causeway option) for crossing of Mary River at Cambroon. Preliminary and detail design and documentation.

Brisbane Road Four Lane Upgrade – Project Manager

Planning and Preliminary design for upgrade of Brisbane Road and Walan Street between Culbara Street and Venning Road, Mooloolaba. Project includes consideration of DTMR planning for CoastConnect. Project included an Enquiry by Design (EBD) process.

Brisbane Road Bridge over Tuckers Creek – Project Manager

Brisbane Road Bridge over Tuckers Creek ($5M) – Detail design and documentation for new bridge crossing of Tuckers Creek, Mooloolaba including architectural and urban design development.

Munna Point Bridge Refounding Project – Project Manager

Munna Point Bridge Refounding Project ($6M) - Planning and design for the replacement of foundations for the existing 6 span bridge at Noosa. Work included architectural and Urban design leading to engineering detail design.

Queens Street Upgrade – Project Manager

Queens Street Upgrade –Duplication to 4 lanes at Caloundra including grade separated interchange connection to Nicklin Way and other at grade signalised intersection upgrades.

Evans Street Upgrade – Project Manager

Evans Street Upgrade project – Duplication to 4 lanes at Maroochydore including signalised intersection upgrades.

Mooloolaba Beach Geowall and Replenishment Pipeline

This Project involved constructing a 1450m long revetment wall to protect Mooloolaba Beach, plus construction of 1100m of 400 diameter of HDPE pipeline for dredging discharge and beach renourishment.

Tewantin Trunk Main Relocation (McKinnon Drive and Poinciana Avenue)

This Project involved a design of 450 diameter poly trunk main relocation at the intersection of McKinnon Drive and Poinciana Avenue in Tewantin.

Golden Beach Boat Ramps

This Project involved the design of two boat ramps on Pumicestone Passage for Sunshine Coast Regional Council.

Harbour Parade Boat Ramp

This Project involved the design of triple boat ramps on Mooloolah River for Sunshine Coast Regional Council.
