Kanimbla Heights Estate – 700 lots
This project involves a subdivision of 800 residential lots and a commercial precinct. Works include master planning, engineering advice to gain development approval, detailed design and documentation and construction superintendency.

Redlynch Central Estate – 320 lots
This project involves a subdivision of 320 residential lots including a large commercial precinct. Works include master planning, engineering advice to gain development approval, detailed design and documentation and construction superintendency.

Daintree Horizons Estate – 300 lots
This project involves a subdivision of 340 residential lots. Works include master planning, engineering advice to gain development approval, detailed design and documentation and construction superintendency.

Sunshine Motorway Upgrade (Sippy Downs Drive – Kawana Way)
This project involved detailed specialist pavement design of full depth asphalt, high strength asphalt and granular pavement for the main carriageway, Dixon Road interchange and other local roads.

Caloundra Road Upgrade (Bruce Highway – Westaway Road)
Projex North's commision involved specialised detail pavement design for full depth and high strength asphalt pavement for the new westbound carriageway, rehabilitiation of the exisitng pavement and upgraded eastbound carriageway, grade separated interchanges and service roads.

Redlynch Deviation (Brinsmead – Kamerunga Road)
Projex North was responsible for the Project Management and superintendency of the $23 million Redlynch Deviation (Brinsmead - Kamerunga Road). The works included 8 m high preload earthworks and monitoring, contract administration of two major bridge projects and the detailed review and management of roadwork. The project required significant review, design advice and consultation with the Peninsula District of the Queensland Department of Main Roads.
