Maroochydore Drainage Detailed Design
Projex North understands the critical issues to Council associated with this project as until three years ago Anthony Takken of Projex North was Design Office Manager of Caloundra City for seven years and was responsible for design delivery of the Engineering works program. Rectifying deficiencies within the existing drainage network is critical to assist with mitigating risks to Council and ensuring quality of life is maintained for the residents of the city. We will liaise with SCRC’s Stormwater Technical Officer and carefully consider the proposed rectification proposals/ techniques to ensure that a quality outcome, sympathetic to the existing built environment, is achieved. We can provide personalised attention by our experienced team members for successful delivery of the project.
Maroochy Cricket Club
Design of sportsfields including bulk works and retaining walls. Joint use fields were also investigated for AFL and Rugby purposes.
Gladstone Superclinic
The aim of this commission is to carry out detailed design and documentation of civil works associated with the traffic signals at the superclinic entrance. It is understood the new signals can be contained with current kerb lines and turn lanes, except for the new turnout to be created across the Philip Street verge opposite Stockland’s entrance.
Bell’s Creek Sustainability
Projex North was commissioned to investigate a provision of a kilometre plus long access road plus services to service the C&D processing site, Compost Processing Site and the Waste to Energy Site. The first stage included preliminary assessment for earthworks, roadworks, stormwater drainage, consideration of future sewerage, water reticulation, pavements, verges and driveways. The project is located to the south of the State DSD land off the southern end of Racecourse Road at Bells Creek.
