Bellflower Estate, Sippy Downs

This project involves various Stages within the Bellflower Estate, including a boardwalk and viewing platform of Lacewing Pond, the entrance to Bellflower Road and the design of the Northern Channel to minimise impacts on fauna and flora.

Bellflower Estate Stage 5b – 64 Lots

This project involved construction management and contract administration of 64 lot subdivision including earthworks, drainage, pavements, water reticulation, sewerage and retaining walls.

Bellflower Estate Stage 6

Detailed design, documentation and construction administration of a 57 lot subdivision. Works included road and intersection design, stormwater drainage, bio-retention basins, pavements, signage, sewerage and water reticulation, and management of landscaping and electrical/lighting design consultants.

Bellflower Estate Stage 7

Detailed design, documentation and construction administration of a 15 lot subdivision. Works included road and intersection design, stormwater drainage, bio-retention basins, pavements, signage, sewerage and water reticulation, and management of landscaping and electrical/lighting design consultants.

Bellflower Estate Northern Channel

The Northern Channel Design is a 600m long high flow bypass channel to Sippy Creek. The design involved 15,000m3 of earthworks, retaining walls and revegetation and included liaison with Fauna and Flora experts to minimise impact with vegetation and Energex in relation to large steel transmission tower and overhead lines.

The Outlook Estate, Bellbird Park

This Project involves a subdivision of 77 residential lots. Works include the design, tender documentation and construction administration including earthworks, 1.2km of road, two at grade intersections, stormwater, water drainage, stormwater, water drainage, sewer reticulation and rock boulder retaining walls.

Kanimbla Heights Estate – 800 Lots

This project involves a subdivision of 800 residential lots and a commercial precinct. Works include master planning, engineering advice to gain development approval, detailed design and documentation and construction superintendency.

Redlynch Central Estate – 320 Lots

This project involves a subdivision of 320 residential lots including a large commercial precinct. Works include master planning, engineering advice to gain development approval, detailed design and documentation and construction superintendency.

Daintree Horizons Estate – 300 Lots

This project involves a subdivision of 340 residential lots. Works include master planning, engineering advice to gain development approval, detailed design and documentation and construction superintendency.

Premier Vista

Premier Vista Estate is located within Rural View approximately 12km north of the Mackay central business district. Citimark Properties propose to sub-stage the current Stage 2 and deliver the 57 allotments in two separate stages. Citimark have also requested that the earthworks be re-designed to provide more saleable allotments. The commission will involve re-designing earthworks and producing documentation for Stage 2A suitable for construction.

Mountain View Estate

Mountain View Estate is located approximately 13km north of the Mackay central business district and 2km west of Dolphin Heads. Stage 4 represents the final stage of the development and will involve construction of 59 allotments including earthworks, stormwater drainage, sewerage, water reticulation, pavements, footpaths, acoustic fencing and several driveways.

Mount Larcom Subdivision

Projex North is undertaking concept design for a 800 resident workers camp based at Mount Larcom Township, approximately 34 km north west of Gladstone on the Bruce Highway. The concept design will involve earthworks, site access, stormwater flows, internal services, sewerage treatment, potable water supply and electrical and telecommunications.
